What to get Bae for Christmas

Christmastime is named the most wonderful time of the year for a reason -- we get to surround ourselves with anyone and everyone we love dearly and share happy moments that only special togetherness can bring. The downside, however, is we have to come up with gift ideas for every special someone in our lives, be it friends, parents, siblings, S.O.s, and even our pets, who clearly now expect to have something under the tree Christmas morning. No matter who your bae is, I've tried to list a number of options for giving this season that men, women, and pets alike can all be pleased with.

If bae is super stylish...

Gwinny Scarf ($90) This piece will go with any of her holiday outfits and will even serve a purpose in the cold winter months to come. She can dress it up with a dress and tights or down with a sweater and boots for chilly winter days.

Anthropologie Pearl Tulle Skirt ($148) There will undoubtedly be tons of holiday and New Years' parties to attend this holiday season, so get her something she'd really enjoy wearing to a party. This skirt is just different enough to stand out but classy enough to impress in any crowd.

XL-Bar Cuff in Gold ($49) Sometimes all an outfit needs to make a statement is a cool piece of jewelry no one else is going to have. This piece will be the focal point of any outfit and also looks way fancier and more expensive than it actually is.

Skull Cashmere Axel Sweater ($322) Skull Cashmere is all the rage right now (especially among the horse show crowd) and this particular look is brand new, so she can be the first among her crowd to wear it and turn heads with the slightly edgy but super stylish pattern.

Blondo Velma Over-The-Knee Suede Boot ($200) Sometimes over-the-knee boots just go a little too far, but these are the perfect height as to not take up all of an outfit's attention but still make a statement. Plus, they're waterproof!

Public Opinion Lenox Mid Chelsea Boot ($80) A lot of men are hesitant to wear a pair of Chelsea boots, but they're always a good look, especially for the colder winter months. These suede boots are so subtle yet classic they'll be a perfect gift to wear with just about any outfit.

Club Monaco Tech Vest ($98) Any guy's outfit is made significantly better by adding a stylish vest. An added bonus, these are super warm while also looking sleek and put-together.

Patagonia Men's Lightweight Synchilla Fleece Pullover ($119) Patagonia is never not stylish, and they come out with new fun patterns every year. Get him a sweatshirt in this muted tribal pattern that he can pair with any color pants and not deal with a color clash crisis.

If bae is super sporty...

Bandier Ultra High Lux Bolt Legging ($196) Because black leggings are just so 'meh' these days.

Yuni Sweat, Refresh, Go Set ($32) We all know that girl who goes straight from the gym to work/a party/dinner/etc. and still manages to look stunning and perfectly refreshed. Here's her secret.

TechLoom Pro Metallic Mesh Sneakers ($160) So many workout shoes these days seem to clash with just about every outfit due to the bright colors and competing pattern lines, but these make a fashion statement while also making her feet look pretty while she runs.

i.am+ Wireless Headphones ($200) These are the newest workout convenience you never knew you needed. Trust me, splurging is worth it.

Allbirds Men's Wool Runners ($95) These shoes are just as comfortable as they look, and they're so clean-cut and simple that they make any outfit look better. Wear them with athletic wear or with jeans and a T-shirt; they're so versatile they'll look great with both.

Zepp Golf 2 3D Swing Analyzer ($150) For the golf fanatic in your life, help him master his swing without the time and money of lessons. This device syncs to his phone to help improve his golf swing and overall golf game.

If bae loves to cook...

Dinner With Georgia O'Keeffe ($50) For anyone who believes cooking is indeed an art.

Funny Foodie Dish Towels ($12 each) Not everyone has fun in the kitchen, but how could you not with these adorable dish towels. The kitchen is all about good fun, good memories, and good food, and these towels help contribute to all three of those.

OXO Spiralizer ($40) Haven't you heard? Spiralizing is the new cool thing to do in the kitchen. You can spiralize just about any veggie and turn it into a transformational dish worthy of being in a magazine. Check out cool recipes at Inspiralized.com.

Fiesta 12-piece Forged Knife Block Set ($119) Sometimes knife sets can be daunting and just plain ugly, but this set adds glam and fun to the kitchen, making chopping and dicing something to look forward to.

Star Wars Death Star Waffle Maker ($40) Because waffles were already tons of fun before this, but now it's a whole new ball game.

If bae likes fancy things...

Marc Jacobs Riley Hybrid Smart Watch ($175)

Men's Ugg Leather Shearling Slipper ($100) Even though he'll only wear these around the house, at least it's better than smelling his bare feet.

Burberry Round Stainless Steel Chronograph Watch ($448) This is a super fancy watch on super sale, so grab it fast for him before you lose your chance! The sleek design goes with any look and the navy face gives it unique flair that'll stand out.

Polo Ralph Lauren Shaving Kit ($98) He can travel in high style with this bag, which is spacious and water-resistant.

If bae never likes what you get her...

PopSugar's MustHave Box ($40/month) This company sends out a box appropriately themed for each month that features hot new products and items everyone is raving about. The overall value of each box is well over $100 so you're getting (eh, giving) so much bang for your buck! There's no way she'll be disappointed with this gift that just keeps giving.

Vinebox Twelve Nights of Wine ($30-120) When in doubt, give WINE. When in wine doubt, let Vinebox handle it; they'll be sure to pick trustworthy wines that will please any wine connoisseur.

Birchbox Monthly Beauty Subscription ($10/month) This monthly subscription provides her with various samples of high-end beauty products. If she loves any of them after trying the samples, she can order full size products.

If bae is your dog...

Plaid Pet Bed by Hearth and Hand ($30) Treat your pup to a fresh and clean new bed this holiday season, so he or she can wake up on Christmas morning feeling warm, cozy, and clean.

Monthly subscription to BarkBox ($20/month) This is just like some of the subscription boxes listed above, but for your dog. Sure, your dog is probably cool with just about any toy or treat, but this box is loads of fun for you, too, because each one is individually themed!

If bae isn't worth spending over $25 on...

Gold Elephant Ring Dish ($15) A super cute way to keep her rings safe when they're not on her hands.

ban.do Water Bottle ($20) She'll definitely bring this with her to the gym or yoga and, who knows, it might actually inspire her to bring home a pizza for everyone to enjoy.

Literally Me by Julie Houts ($18) She was voted Instagram's favorite illustrator, and in this work she highlights via darkly comic illustrations the absurdity of a millenial woman's life.

Canvas Flask ($18) These are a stylish way to sneak alcohol anywhere you might need it. They're thin enough to fit in larger pockets and look classy too.

Giant Football Inflatable Drink Cooler ($15) Every good football tailgate needs one (or two) of these. And with college football playoffs and the Super Bowl looming in the future, your football fanatic will have many great uses for it.

Men's NFL High Top Sneaker Slippers ($25) What better way to sport your favorite team than bedroom slippers?!

Hawkins Middle School AV Club Sweatshirt ($24) For the Stranger Things lover you know, this sweatshirt is the perfect unique gift. Did you know Bob was the original founder of Hawkins AV Club? R.I.P. Bob.

If bae is you...

Face it -- you'll be burnt out from all this holiday shopping, so treat yourself to a little extra something from Santa!

Holiday Zen Garden ($20) Zen gardens actually hold incredible powers when it comes to relaxation and stress relief. After finally resolving all your stressful holiday shopping, this is the greatest way to unwind.

Sugar Scrub Tower ($40) Another excellent source of stress relief is a warm bath with a variety of sugar scrubs to make your skin feel fresh and brand new.

People Feeder ($48) Like a bird feeder, but better, because you can fill it with M&Ms. Put it in an area you always walk through so you can constantly grab handfuls.

White Loom Woven Chevron Blanket ($89) For every blanket purchased, this company will donate one to a shelter in need of warm blankets. So you're really giving a gift when buying this blanket for yourself, as if you needed any more justification to treat yourself.
