5 Sizzling Salmon Recipes

Well, I've officially been in Europe for a month now! Which means I've been away from a lot of my favorite things for a month. My family, my pets, my bedroom, and also my favorite food: salmon. Not that they don't have salmon in Spain, they do, I just have yet to eat at a restaurant that serves it since I never really do much eating out here! Carmen prepares all our meals and she tends more towards whitefish and tuna when she cooks seafood. I am missing my favorite sea creature like no other, and when I see delectable pictures of it beautifully prepared on Pinterest, my mouth starts watering. So here I present five salmon recipes that are particularly calling out my name. I can't wait to make them all when I get home, but for now life isn't too terribly bad without eating salmon almost every day! I think I'll survive another couple of months of it, and I'll be sure to update as soon as it does find itself on my plate here in Europe!

If you're a salmon lover please try some of these out!! Salmon is so easy to make, even without a fancy recipe, and it tastes amazing every time! I recently was picked as part of Duke University's chapter of Spoon University, so I'm going to be posting a lot more about food related topics whenever I get the chance! Hopefully lots of my posts will include awesome foods I'm eating over here in Europe. Stay tuned!! And check out Duke.Spoonuniversity.com to see more of what I'll be getting involved in when I'm back in the spring! Really looking forward to joining their team!
